Common fixes

Payment method not found

In Codllect, reopen the connection step and select the active manual Cash on Delivery method. If it is missing, create or activate that manual payment method in Shopify first.

Order email total not updated

Open the Order confirmation email in Edit code, copy the full current template into Codllect, generate the merged template, then save and preview it before completing the email step.

Thank You block is missing

Open Shopify’s checkout editor, choose the Thank You page, add the Codllect app block, and save the page.
