Set the COD fee

Set a fixed Cash on Delivery fee and the label customers will see.

Before you start

• An active COD payment method connected to Codllect.
• The fixed fee amount and customer-facing wording you want to use.

Steps

1. In Codllect, open the COD fee settings.
2. Enter the fixed fee amount.
3. Enter the customer-facing label for the fee.
4. Save the settings.
5. Confirm that the COD payment label preview shows the intended wording and amount.
6. If customer-facing wording changed, regenerate the merged order email template so the email uses the current text.

If you get stuck

• If the preview does not show the expected amount, recheck the fixed fee value and save the settings again.
• If customer-facing wording remains stale, save the new label and regenerate the merged order email template.
