Connect your COD payment method
Connect Codllect to the active manual Cash on Delivery payment method in Shopify.
Before you start
- Access to Shopify Settings for the store.
- Codllect installed on the same store.
Steps
- In Shopify admin, open Settings → Payments.
- Under manual payment methods, activate an existing Cash on Delivery method or create one if none is active.
- Return to Codllect.
- Refresh the available payment methods.
- Select the active manual method that matches the Cash on Delivery name shown in Shopify.
- Save your selection.
If you get stuck
- If the method is missing in Codllect, confirm that the manual payment method is active in Shopify, then refresh the methods again.
- If several methods look similar, compare the customer-facing name in Shopify and select the exact active match.
